These privacy rules (hereinafter – the Rules) regarding the website ithink.lt have been drawn up in order to ensure your (hereinafter – the Client) rights and the rights of the website, to determine the duties and liabilities of the Parties, to establish personal data protection rules and other provisions related to submitting inquiries on the website. By submitting an inquiry, the Client automatically confirms that he/she has read and agrees with these Rules.

All employees of INC UAB (hereinafter – the Data Controller) and authorised persons, who process personal data or become aware of it in the course of their duties, must comply with the Rules. Access to personal data may only be granted to those employees for whom such access is necessary to perform their job functions.

Processing of Personal Data

1. When submitting an inquiry for the provision of services, the Client must fill out an inquiry form. In order to ensure the proper processing of the inquiry, it is necessary to provide such data as name, surname, name of the company, email, contact phone number, address of the service location, description and number of computer equipment.

2. The Client confirms that he/she is aware of his/her right to refuse to provide personal data, but understands that it is necessary for the execution of the inquiry. In the event that the Client does not provide such data, the Data Controller cannot process the inquiry.

3. By submitting an inquiry, the Client confirms that he/she agrees to submit personal information specified in the inquiry form and in these Rules.

4. The personal data of the Client, specified in Point 1.1., are collected and processed for the purpose of concluding contracts or submitting a preliminary offer (concluding a contract, drawing up financial documents, resolving issues related to the processing of the inquiry, submitting an offer).

5. The personal data of the Client and other visitors to the ithink.lt website are processed and stored no longer than is necessary for the purposes specified in these Rules.

6. The Service Provider follows the requirements established in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.

7. The Service Provider takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of all processed personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, or any unlawful forms of processing.

8. The Client and other visitors to the ithink.lt website shall have the following rights regarding personal data:

8.1 to request for the Data Controller go grant access to the data and correct or delete the data, or restrict data processing;

8.2. to object the processing of personal data;

8.3. to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format (right to data portability);

8.4. to withdraw consent;

8.5. to submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

9. The Client and other visitors to the ithink.lt website can exercise these rights by contacting the Service Provider by email ([email protected]) or by mail (INC UAB, Suvalkų g. 7-2, Vilnius).

10. When filling out the inquiry form, the Client must provide complete and correct data. If the data provided by the Client changes, it is mandatory to update them immediately. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the inquiry form and assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the data provided.

Cookies

In order for the website to function properly, we store small data files on the Client’s device. A cookie is a small text file that is saved on the Client’s device after visiting the website. The website ithink.lt can then “remember” your actions and options for a certain period of time (for example, language, IP address, font size and other display options). Cookies also help collect statistical information about the website’s traffic.

  • ensure the operation of the main functions of the website;
  • recognise whether the same Client who has already visited the website is browsing;
  • keep track of website attendance, visit duration, and browsing path statistics.
